I'm so glad you chose me to photograph your family! I feel incredibly grateful for the trust you have placed in me to capture your precious moments. It is a privilege to be a part of creating memories that will last a lifetime for you and your family.

It’s perfectly normal to have some jitters about having photos taken. Honestly, I still get the butterflies before getting photos taken too - so I totally get it! This guide will address everything you need to know to make this newborn session a low-stress and enjoyable experience for you and your whole family.

I can't wait to showcase these magical newborn days for you! Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey and for giving me the opportunity to capture the love and joy that surrounds you. Your trust and support mean the world to me, and I am truly honored to be your photographer.

prepping for YOUR SESSION

As your session approaches, there are a few things you might want to consider doing to prepare. Schedule haircuts for the family, and maybe a mani or pedicure for yourself (neutral polish is best).

But really, the most important thing is to just relax and enjoy the experience. The best photos come from natural, genuine moments. So don't stress too much about everything being perfect - just focus on having a good time. When you look at the photos on your walls, you'll remember the fun you had during the session.

next steps and what to expect

LET'S HOP ON A CALL: It all starts with reaching out to me! Then we’ll set up a time to chat! Getting to know my clients is important and I want to make sure we’re the right fit for each other! I want you to know what to expect. I’ll send you a proposal with a contract! When you pay your deposit, your spot is secured!! I’m here for anything you may need- styling help, location guidance, you name it! I’m your girl!
SAVE THE DATE: Just choose your session, sign the contract, and send in your deposit, and you’ll be officially booked!!
YOUR SESSION: Time for your session!! I’ll reach out before the shoot with a reminder of our session! We’ll meet at your desired location for up to an hour and a half shoot time (unless we discussed otherwise). After the shoot, I’ll send you a few sneak peeks within 48 hours! I know it’ll be exciting waiting for the full gallery!
PHOTO DELIVERY: WOOHOO!!! Your photos get delivered! YAY! You’ll receive an online portal gallery of all of your images within 3-4 weeks! The gallery will include a minimum of 60 photos, but you will receive all the best ones! All the photos in the gallery are yours! You can download all the high-resolution photos, order prints or books, and share to social media! If you have any questions with your gallery- I’m just a phone call away! I’m here to help you choose what’s best for either albums or prints!

WHAT IF THE WEATHER ISN’T GREAT FOR OUR SESSION?

We can reschedule! I'm flexible and once you put a deposit down, it's your session! I'll reach out before the day if it's calling for rain to see what options we have and if we can move the date of the session!

I am absolutely willing to travel + would LOVE to! I am based in Philadelphia and surrounding areas. Have an adventure planned or a spot you’re going to? I will travel with you! There’s nothing I appreciate more than to photograph someone who is willing to go on a little adventure! Reach out and let me know, and we will get it set up! Any travel that is over 45 minutes away will be subject to a travel fee of $0.50 per mile.

HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY PHOTOS?

I send sneak peeks typically within 48-72 hours! The full gallery will be delivered within 3 weeks from your session date! You will receive your photos digitally through your own portal. From there, you can download high-resolution photos, get photos printed, or post directly to social media!
